I had a very surprising experience using vivarobet and it is not the first time. They are like a cheating company instead of betting company. For all users, vivarobet and vbet are same just renaming for the international market.
I made a bet on Poland under 19 league for a total over 3. During the game I was trying to find another source, so I can see and compare the result but didn’t succeed to find any. I contacted customer support for identifying where I can see the match result besides vivaro website. Let me take a pause here and give my feedback to the worst customer service.
First, I was told that company will get information and let me know shortly. After 4 hours I contacted back and find out that I need to start the process from scratch. Then a lowly young lady was so kind that she was interrupting me all the time and always giving the same information to me (we are sorry we don’t have any official website for this match or you can go to Baghramyan 1 if you need anything more).
Going back to the problem. So, vivarobet was not able to give me any official website that I can see match result. On top of these I was told that someone was watching the game online, so he has decided that the match was finished 0:2. Even if we look at the terms and condition of the company (point 18.5) I need to have any official source, so I can compare with vivarobet result. I did a little research to find any information on these. I found one website uksruchchorzow where the result of the match was 0:1 different from the one that the company telling me (I can provide recording where the company confirming that the match was finished 0:2). Also, there is no information on match result in vivaro official website where instead of match result they just put a note “Result Not Available”. How can you judge result if it is not available? It is even funny. After constantly asking to provide any source they gave me 1xbetwhere they have the same result, but it was surprising vivarobet put 12 pm as match starting hour, the source they provided shows 2 pm other source shows 11 am. So you can meet non-existing games or games that are finished and bet online on them. If you lose all good if you win I am sure they will not give you your money as they can prove that there is no such game Clever but not in this case!!!!!! Talking about management: I asked several days to contact me as I don’t wont to give negative feedback to the Armenian company (a national thing ) but they ignored so the party started I will give so many new and old stores about these company you can write a book.
